1. The William Tenn Memorial can't be held in Willow and Oak; it's going to have to be in Redwood. This displaces a couple of our Friday evening concerts to Willow and makes them acoustic-only. That being the case, I've moved the Pegasus discussion into the 4 p.m. hour with the Mad Libs so that the displaced acts can (I hope) play two or three songs each with amplification and tape rolling at the start of the 6 p.m. hour. This will be contingent on acts arriving in time, us getting the sound system set up in time, and other wonderfulness.
2. Because of some logistic issues on Saturday afternoon, Judith's and Larry's concerts are moving up an hour and Joe's will be in the acoustic-only 5 p.m. slot.
3. All of the acts presenting and performing on Sunday would like to be amplified, so additional systems will be brought in to cover this (my huge thanks to
4. Margaret Middleton has had to cancel because of work demands, so We're Not Koi's concert will run a full hour.
5. While there is some interest in the Undead Dog Filk after the con, it's not yet clear whether enough performers will be able to be present to make it work. We will gauge attendance and transportation factors at the con.
